Payment

We accept Visa and Mastercard or Direct Deposit on parcels shipped Australia Post.
Special Orders will require payment of a non refundable deposit of no less than 30% at time of ordering.

Shipping

Our preferred method of shipping is Australia Post or Toll truck freight for larger parcels. Truck freight charges must be prepaid to a delivery address where someone is in attendance at time of delivery or a re-delivery charge may apply. If you prefer a different method of shipping please advise.

Returns

Please check the condition of your parts upon delivery prior to fitting and let us know immediately if you want to return a stock purchase for exchange. Returns may be subject to a restocking fee of 15%. All returned parts must be in new and unused condition. Parts that have been or attempted to be installed cannot be returned unless faulty. All returns must be freight pre-paid Only in case of our error will return freight be credited.
